Requirements include a certificate "(License)". to drive a Reach truck and counterbalance machine
R.F. Scanner experience
You must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
Shifting, lifting and shuffling product in order to select the product to ship it accordingly.
Putting incoming product on the shelves.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Hand to oversee the morning shift. The ideal candidate will manage a team of up to 10 workers while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a safety-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, along with proficiency in computers and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the morning shift (up to 10 employees)
- Planning daily work routines and assigning tasks
- Scheduling employees and calling in replacements when needed
- Overseeing inventory management, shipping/receiving, and quality control
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders
- Operating printing presses and other machines
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Ensuring the safe handling of materials and equipment
- Lifting up to 50 lbs and handling general labor duties
- Closing and securing the facility after shifts
- Confirming employees' hours and providing reports to supervisors
- Collaborating with other supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, with experience using databases for inventory management
- Experience in press and printing press machine operation is a major asset
- Proficiency in shipping/receiving processes and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Flexible and adaptable to changes

Duties: Machine Operator Track Bending $19.00 per hour
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma
Experience working with machinery.
Personal Skills:
*Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Read / Write English at an intermediate level. Grade 12 math skills or equivalent. *The incumbent needs to be detail oriented, and precise.
*Principal Accountabilities/Activities:
Skills:
•Strong mathematical and mechanical skills; able to read measuring tape
•Ability to use micrometers and veneers is an asset
•Able to work with Alpha-numeric storage system
•Able to read measures: a square, tape measure and wrenches ¾”-1 ¼”.
•Set-up and operate Bender, Punch, Drill Press, and Band Saw
•Able to read and understand drawings
•Work from pick list to prepare for shipping
•Perform minor changeovers on tooling & light maintenance and lubrication
•Clearly identify parts and keep in proper location
•Comply with labor reporting procedures
•Maintain paperwork
•Modify and assemble custom track sets as required
•Ability to create and print labels
•Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
•Set up and adjust commercial track jig
•Have a clear understanding of all the different track set configurations
